This video is to help unpack the truth about why we celebrate Human Rights Day on 21st March in South Africa.

Aimed at 8-8-13 year olds, it can be used by teachers in schools or parents at home to help children understand what Human Rights are, what happened on 21st March 1960 in Sharpeville and how we can use Human Rights Day to create a more hopeful future.

You can download a copy of the Discussion Guide for Parents and Teachers to go with this video, hosted with our growing bank of Thrive Together Free Resources by clicking the button below.  If you are a new subscriber, simply set up a user profile and you’ll have free access.
